Andy Knives, a photographer/3d artist from Australia/Hong Kong. Andy focuses mainly on urban and street photography. He shoots stunning urban landscapes with amazing lighting, tones, and colors.

Benny Lam
Benny Lam, professional Hong Kong-based photographer, graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design, Canada. He is a member of HKIPP, works for multiple local and international brands and advertising agencies. Over the last ten years Benny has been active in a range of creative media, but recently has devoted his time to show, through photography, the condition of Hong Kong’s fringe communities. From affluent to fringe areas, from business to public good, he walks around the streets and alleys of older districts, using lights and viewpoints to capture scenes not usually seen in the city to record the lives of hidden communities.
For years, he has won numerous local and international awards, such as The Best Photography in HK4As Kam Fan Awards, the Communication Arts Award, Grand Prix in ADSA International Non-profit and Social Advertising Award, LongXi Awards, and Award of Excellence in Photography at Global Society for News Design Awards. Some of Benny’s works were selected by the well known creative and art magazines like Archive, European Photography and Pro Photographer etc., and were displayed in the DOX Centre of Contemporary Art in Prague, Czech.

Chan Wai Kwong 陳偉江
Born in 1976, Chan Wai Kwong’s father was also a news photographer. Perhaps because of his natural instinct, Chan dropped out of college after only one year and began to do odd jobs. In addition, he began to explore black and white film photography in a casual way. Since 2010, he has published his personal works and participated in many exhibitions. Up to now, he has published eight photographic books at his own expense: “Scenes”, “Wanchai, Ah ~”, “Pingyao”, “Tokyo 1”, “Tingting”, “The Tendency of a 19-year-old Girl”, and “Chen Weijiang’s Pseu Shu Illustrated Mirror”. His personal exhibitions include Chan Wai Kwong’s Photographs (2011), The Tender of a 19-year-old Girl (2012) and Daily Love (2013). He has participated in joint exhibitions in Tokyo, Pingyao and Hong Kong. Chan currently lives and works in Hong Kong. Chan focuses on the daily portrayal of the city and its inhabitants. He explores the seemingly ordinary and sometimes overlooked urban phenomena in the streets through close observation. In the noisy urban jungle, bring out people indifferent quiet; From the chaos of the signboard alleys and alleys, to capture the subtle images of fun.
出生於 1976 年,陳偉江的父親也是一名新聞攝影師,或許是天性使然,陳偉江只讀了一年大學便毅然輟學,開始過著打零工的生活,並且以隨性的方式摸索起了黑白底片攝影。於2010年開始出版作品。從2010 年開始發表個人作品及參與多個展覽,至今自費出版八本攝影集《情景》、《灣仔》、《啊~》、《平遙》、《東京1》、《婷婷》、《十九歲女生的溫柔》及《陳偉江的偽術圖鑑》。個人展覽有「陳偉江攝影展」(2011)、「十九歲女生的溫柔」(2012) 及「愛的日常」(2013)。他曾於東京、平遙及香港參與聯展。他現在常駐香港。陳偉江關注著都市與居民之間的日常寫照,透過細密的觀察力,攝影師在街頭探尋看似平凡無奇、時而被忽視的城市現象。在煩囂喧嚷的都市叢林中,帶出人們置之度外的清幽靜謐;從雜亂無章的招牌巷弄間,捕捉令人玩味的細膩影像。

Hung Fai Chan 陳鴻輝
Hung Fai Chan originally worked as a locksmith for 14 years. Later, because of his interest of buses, Chan began to make bus models. From modification to self-creation, he finally developed it into a business. He is currently engaged in the development and production of traffic model toys. In 2006, he tried to make a miniature model, and two years later he completed his first work “Memory of Resettlement Estate”.
最初是一名開鎖匠,一做做了十四年。後來,因為喜歡巴士,他開始製作巴士模型,由改裝到自行創作,終於發展成事業,目前從事交通模型玩具的開發與生產。2006年嘗試製作微縮景模型,兩年後完成第一個作品「回憶徙置區」。

Jeremy Cheung
Jeremy Cheung is a Hong Kong-based freelance urban, event and architectural photographer. He is fond of capturing candid unrehearsed moments and urban stories with an attention to mood, geometry and typography. His personal works are often fusions of abstraction vs. reality, minimalism vs. complexity, as well as symmetry vs. imperfection. Under Jeremy’s lenses, the mixed feeling of living in Hong Kong has been illustrated from an authentic, subtle, or perhaps poetic or even ironic perspective.

Legolok
Legolok, a senior landscape photographer, is very keen on photographing urban architecture and cultural landscapes. He is good at minimalist shooting style and expressive techniques that pay attention to color communication. In recent years, his works have focused on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, especially Hong Kong. He believes that Hong Kong must be a photography paradise that can satisfy all kinds of subjects, no matter humanistic feelings, urban scenery, and natural scenery.

Tony Lai 黎熾明
Tony Lai was born in an ordinary Hong Kong family in the late 1960s. After graduating from the College of Design, he has successively stepped into the advertising and architectural model industries. As an architectural modeller, he has acquired excellent handicraft and drawing skills. Tony was in charge of project management and seldom made models in person due to his long working relationship in the Mainland. In 2007, he received an invitation from Chen Huiji, who was working at the Hong KongMiniature Art Association, and since then he has formally set foot in miniature art.
Miniature artist Maggie Chan and architectural modeller Tony Lai together founded a miniature studio, which celebrates Hong Kong’s past through modelling, education and cultural events. Their cornerstone work reproduces Hong Kong’s streetscapes and cityscapes from the 1960s and 1970s, creating delightful models which have been exhibited in Sydney, Tokyo, Osaka, Taiwan and Shanghai.
出生於上世紀60年代末的一個普通的香港家庭。從設計學院畢業後,他先後涉足廣告及建築模型行業,曾是一名建築模型設計師,練就了一身過硬的手作及繪畫本領。30年前已入行成為建築模型師學徒的Tony,由於工作關係長駐內地,負責項目管理,少有親身製作模型。2007年他收到當時正在香港微型藝術會工作的陳慧姬的邀請,此後正式涉足微型藝術。微型藝術家陳慧姬和建築模型師黎熾明聯合創辦工作室,作品主要重現上世紀六、七十年代以降的香港街景和城景,作品曾於悉尼、東京、大阪、台灣及上海等地展出。

Ma Yujiang 馬玉江
Ma Yujiang (b.1988) was born in Shandong, China and graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. He currently lives and works in Hong Kong.
Some of his works take him a long time to complete. He explores time, life and other essential issues, using media such as painting and self-action. His action-oriented art practice happens in everyday situations. Another part of his work is close to reality. He often changes the form of the world with the power of “lightness”, mainly through media such as event, images, ready-made objects and text. He now presents some of his works regularly in Sunday Ming Pao.
Major solo exhibitions include “How Heavy is the Night”, Foo Tak Building, Hong Kong(2018); “Ma Yujiang”, New Positions Art Cologne, Germany (2016); “Cang Mang”, Pearl Lam Galleries, Hong Kong SOHO (2015); and “Related to Me”, Shangyuan Art Museum, Beijing, China (2012). Selected group exhibitions in spaces such as FEI ARTS,Guangzhou; OCAT Shanghai Museum, Shanghai; Tang Contemporary Art, Beijing; 4A Centre for Contemporary Asian Art, Sydney; and Today Art Museum, Beijing.
馬玉江(b.1988),出生於中國山東,畢業於北京中央美術學院,現居香港。作品一部分長時間完成,探討時間、生命等本質議題,主要有繪畫、自身行動等媒介,在日常生活中從事藝術實踐;另一部分貼近現實,常以「輕」的手法改變世界型態,包括事件、圖像、現成品、文本等媒介。現定期於《明報》「星期日生活」發表作品。
主要個展包括:「夜未央」富德樓,香港(2018);「馬玉江」新陣地,科隆藝術博覽會,德國(2016);「蒼茫」藝術門畫廊,香港(2015);「與我有關」上苑藝術館,北京(2012)。部分群展曾於:扉美術館,廣州;OCAT上海館,上海;當代唐人藝術中心,北京;4A 亞洲當代藝術中心,悉尼;今日美術館,北京。

Romain Jacquet-Lagrèze
Romain Jacquet-Lagrèze is a French photographer based in Hong Kong where he moved in 2009. Since 2010 he has been pointing his camera on his new home to document the different aspects of this city. Four of his photographic series were published as photo books by Asia One Publishing: Vertical Horizon (2012), Wild Concrete (2014), The Blue Moment (2016) and Concrete Stories (2018). His photographic work is represented by Blue Lotus Gallery on 28 Pound Lane, Hong Kong.

Sim Chan 陳閃
Sim Chan(b.1987)was born in Hong Kong, graduated from the Hong Kong Art School, Major in Painting.Sim’s work is a tangible expression of the desire to unlock and blur boundaries of forms within the city. He has been working on depictions of the local cityscape and urban architecture intensively. His work is a compilation of the artist’s own observations and tactile senses toward the ever-changing city.
陳閃(b.1987)出生於香港, 畢業於香港藝術學院,主修繪畫。陳閃的作品一方面以城市建築為題,紀錄並表達他對城市的所知所感;另一方面,由不規則的「天空」畫框到燈箱畫,他的作品多不拘泥於繪畫媒介的既定形式,對素材的探索及研究更成為他近年的作品主題。但無論是關於城市天空,還是顏料畫布,陳閃的作品總以繪畫來思考自身與處境的關係,紀錄了他在想像和現實,意識和型態之間來回探索的過程。

Yiu Chi Wing Charles 姚志榮
姚志榮,攝影愛好者,2018國家地理會德豐香港攝影大賽城市組第二名。他的作品蘊含著深層的意義:在城市急速的發展下,舊區不停改變,甚至已被拆卸得面目全非。其中,人與人之間的愛就像這月光一樣,歷久不衰,不變不息。在這舊街小巷中,看到的除了是遠處經濟繁榮的建設外,還有天上的圓月及人與人的愛。有一種很強烈的對比及感覺,天不變,情永在。
Yiu Chi Wing Charles, Photographer, City category 1st runner up. City development means gentrification. While some old neighbourhoods didn’t survive, the sentiments did. Locals still see the same moon; they still found love under new, towering buildings. Some things go, some things stay. The city changes, but sentiments remain.
